I find his quote not entirely true. The only money given to government bythe average person is under duress by way of taxes. We can control the power by voting officials out, but by that time it's too late. I also believe O'Rourke to be discriminating against teenage boys. I could summit evidence that both genders, and all ages pose the same possible results. I get the point, but I think he is way off of being politicaly correct.
