I've always been bothered by the gay pride movement. Now I understand why; it makes that which should be private, public. It is a step backwards for civilization.

I blame the media for taking the privacy out of our lives. Even those who wish to remain private are subject to media comments, speculations, and rumors. We are also exposed to those who wish to glorify themselves by spreading gossip to others.
